Who we are: MindEclipseMethod.com and the Mind Eclipse Method apps, courses, books, and newsletters (collectively, the “Services”).

Marketing preferences & survey responses.
Usage & device data: pages/screens viewed, actions taken, referral URLs, app version, IP address, device type, OS, browser.
Cookies & similar tech: for sign-in, preferences, analytics, and (if enabled) ads measurement. See Cookies below.
Payment confirmation from processors;
Analytics from tools like Google Analytics;
Social/Ad platforms if you interact with our ads or choose a social login.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories (e.g., health diagnoses). Any reflective notes you add to journals are private to you and handled as standard user content.
Provide the Services: create/secure accounts, process orders, deliver digital content, track course/game progress.
Personalize & improve: recommendations, difficulty/mission pacing, A/B testing, bug fixes, performance.
Communicate: confirmations, service updates, customer support, and (with consent) newsletters/promotions.
Safety & compliance: prevent fraud/abuse, enforce terms, meet legal obligations.
Legal bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland): contract (to deliver the Services), legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent (marketing/cookies), legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data. We share only with:
Service providers / processors under strict contracts (hosting/CDN, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, customer support tools, crash reporting).
Legal & safety if required by law or to protect users and our platform.
Business transfers if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (you’ll be notified of changes).
Essential: sign-in, security, load balancing.
Preferences: language, content settings.
Analytics: usage metrics to improve features.
Advertising/measurement (optional): to understand ad performance and reach relevant audiences on platforms that support this.

Children: the Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please reach out via Contact Support and we’ll remove it.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above—generally for the life of your account—then delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes.
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege policies, monitoring). No method is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and enable platform security features where available.
We may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use approved safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information.
Our site/app may link to third-party sites or embed third-party tools (e.g., payment, video, app stores). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app/on-site. Your continued use of the Services after an update indicates acceptance.
